I will need your bank statements, sales invoices, and receipts. Do not worry if they are messy or all over the place. I will walk you through what is needed when we start.

Do not panic. We will review the records you have and discuss the best way to move forward based on the available documents.

I work with a variety of accounting software, including SQL Accounting, Niagawan, Bukku, QuickBooks and AutoCounts. If you are already using a system, I will work with what you have. If you are just getting started, I will help you figure out a suitable setup for your business.

Yes. Most documents can be shared online, and discussions can be done through WhatsApp, email or online meetings. We currently work with clients from different states, including Pahang and Melaka, without the need for regular face-to-face meetings.

Depending on the agreed scope, you may receive Profit and Loss Reports, Balance Sheets, General Ledgers, Cash Flow Reports and other supporting records to help you review your business activities.

I provide organised bookkeeping records and financial reports to support tax submission. If needed, I can also connect you with our collaborating tax agent.

That is totally fine. Whether it is one year or three, I offer one-time cleanup services to get everything sorted so we can start fresh.

Nope. No lock-in. I believe in earning your trust every month. That said, bookkeeping works best when it is consistent, so most clients stick around.
